A La Perla De Cádiz

At the end of the trip, we were based out of Sevilla, but found ourselves getting antsy.  So one morning we took a Media Distancia Renfe to Cádiz, land of flamenco guitarist Paco de Lucía and southernmost province of Spain.

The city of Cádiz itself is quite small (just over five square miles, and surrounded by the sea!) and easy to walk around, exploring for a day.  Which is exactly what we did!  There are even self-guided walking tours…just look for a line to follow!

You might end up at the ocean…

…or find yourself navigating Cádiz’s narrow streets…

…either way, you’ll be in Spain, which in itself is pretty wonderful!
